Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Welcome to Offline & Available ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile experience, and in-person events. By creating an account, purchasing a ticket, or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account, purchase a ticket, or attend any Offline & Available event, unless a specific event indicates a different minimum age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Identity Verification

To help protect all attendees, every guest is required to register using their legal first and last name. Nicknames, aliases, or false names are not permitted.

Upon arrival, all attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Your ID will be verified against the name on your registration and ticket before entry is granted. Entry may be denied — with no refund — if your identification does not match your ticket or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud.

3. Pricing & Payment

All ticket prices and subscription fees are listed in US dollars ($) and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax where required by law. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount at the time of checkout.

Prices and event details are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any purchase and issue a full refund.

4. Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Full refund — Cancel more than 48 hours before the event start time.
  • Half refund (50%) — Cancel less than 48 hours before, up to the start time of the event ("same-day cancellation").
  • No refund — No-shows and cancellations after the event has started are non-refundable.
  • Event-initiated cancellation — If Offline & Available cancels or reschedules an event, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a comparable event.

To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@offlineandavailable.com from the email address associated with your registration.

5. Privacy & Handling of Customer Information

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: your name, email, age, city, event registrations, questionnaire responses, and (at the door) verification of your government-issued photo ID.

Your identification is used solely for entry verification and safety purposes. We do not photograph, copy, retain, or store your ID. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties other than the service providers strictly necessary to operate our platform (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery via Resend, analytics for aggregate reporting only).

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@offlineandavailable.com.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to, and not to permit others acting on your behalf to:

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or discriminate against any other attendee, host, or staff member based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other protected class.
  • Engage in physical violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, abuse, or any non-consensual physical contact.
  • Participate in, encourage, or facilitate any illegal act, including but not limited to human trafficking, the exploitation of minors, drug distribution, or fraud.
  • Provide false identification, use another person's ticket, or attempt to gain entry under a false identity.
  • Misrepresent your age, marital status, or other material information during registration.
  • Record, photograph, or livestream other attendees without their explicit consent.
  • Bring weapons or illegal substances to any Offline & Available event.

Violations of this section may result in immediate removal from the event without refund, permanent account termination, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

7. Attendee Code of Conduct

Offline & Available exists to create thoughtful, respectful, in-person social experiences. All attendees are expected to:

  • Treat other guests, hosts, staff, and venue employees with courtesy and respect.
  • Respect the word "no" — the first time, every time.
  • Drink responsibly. Guests visibly impaired to the point of unsafe behavior may be asked to leave.
  • Follow venue rules and any specific event guidelines communicated by the host.
  • Report any behavior that makes you or another guest uncomfortable to the event host or via hello@offlineandavailable.com.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Offline & Available reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any attendee from an event or from our platform — without a refund where appropriate — for any safety concern, code-of-conduct violation, or breach of these Terms. Circumstances include but are not limited to: identification mismatch, intoxication, harassment, threat of violence, or any behavior we believe endangers other guests or staff.

9. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You attend Offline & Available events, engage with other attendees, and use our platform at your own risk. While we take reasonable steps to create safe environments, we cannot and do not guarantee the behavior of any third party — including other attendees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Offline & Available, its founders, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any relationships, interactions, outcomes, injuries, losses, or damages — direct or consequential — arising from or related to your participation in events or connections made through our platform. This includes any romantic, platonic, financial, emotional, physical, or professional outcome.

Our maximum total liability to you in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (design, copy, imagery, logo, event names) is the property of Offline & Available and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Pennsylvania.
